I’m proud of the amazing work I’ve completed during my three years at Intuit. In my role, I use UserTesting and Customer Research methodologies to constantly stay close to our customers. That involves everything from testing early interaction concepts to honing the nuance of language near implementation. Alongside that, I’m in Figma every day testing new concepts and leading design iteration with my team.

Gen AI has upended the way we work recently. And, I’ve been focused on harnessing the power of these new tools to scale my work to have a broader impact across QuickBooks, and all of Intuit. That involves implementing Writer, our GenAI writing tool, in my everyday workflows as well as bringing my entire team, from XD to PD, up to speed on the latest so they can feel confident in creating content on their own. And, I’m contributing to the strategy of GenAI implementation across the whole company.

Here are a few examples of projects I’ve lead that had a big impact.

QuickBooks Time Usability

Improved the product score by 117% in 2024 through research to focus my efforts on 25 usability improvements. Relentlessly dogfooding, rapidly iterating on solutions, and working closely with PD and PM helped me get this done.

Early Pay Launch

Drove content strategy and UX to advance this service to millions of workers in partnership with Credit Karma.

Gen AI Content Systems

Aided in the testing and implementation of scaleable content creation through Intuit-specific Gen AI tools. Currently, I’m broadening my impact through trainings and other socialization measures to allow QuickBooks to create consistent, delightful content at scale.

Content Strategy for Workers

QuickBooks primarily customer has historically been small business owners. But, they’re flexing into larger companies as well as offering more to the folks that work at those places. So, I dove deep into testing, interviews, and market research to create a holistic strategy that would guide our content moving forward.
